Knowledge of PE protective film quality, transmittance, and structure

The bonding between the PE protective film and the maintained product is not strong enough, and it may fall off during transportation and use. The reasons for these problems are exactly the opposite. The higher probability is that the polyurethane resin used in the manufacturing of the protective film product has insufficient viscosity. Another probability is that the pressure machine used by the customer during the bonding process is insufficient, or the surface of the profile is not cleaned and tidy, with dust or paint, which endangers the actual bonding effect of the sensitive adhesive. If this problem occurs, targeted treatment is needed to increase the working pressure of the glass film by replacing the sensitive adhesive, or to pay attention to reasonable and effective cleaning of the surface of the profile during the glass film process to prevent such problems from happening.

After a period of use, the protective film mainly performs well in the middle, but the wings on both sides are raised. The primary factor that causes this situation is that the protective film has a relatively high level of adhesion during the entire bonding process with the maintained profile. After bonding, it undergoes excessive shrinkage when exposed to high temperature natural environment. This problem often occurs in products of users in southern regions. Therefore, PE protective film needs to pay attention to the harm of natural environment temperature difference to product application during the production process, and avoid many unnecessary surface adhesion during the bonding process.

The problem of adhesive peeling in protective film products is often reflected in profile protective films. When customers remove the protective film from the surface of the profile after the installation project is completed, the adhesive mainly manifested by the protective film is not accompanied by the protective film, but remains on the profile product. This is also something that customers do not want to see. Due to this inconvenience, dedicated personnel must scrape off this strong adhesive from the profile, especially time-consuming. There are various probabilities of these problems occurring, and the most likely one is that the working pressure adhesive used in the protective film product does not meet the requirements, which is also too sticky, causing the external support force of the PE protective film product to exceed the thermal stress when it is peeled off, and it remains on the profile.

The PE protective film adopts an effective three-layer structure, with a frosted surface layer, which can effectively prevent fingerprint invasion during use. Generally, there is no trace left when fingers slide, and even if there is residual sweat or other liquid residue, it can be easily cleaned by gently wiping hands, ensuring the visual effect of the screen to the maximum extent. The material is treated with special technology, which can effectively prevent light reflection and reduce the problem of reflection in sunlight and the screen.

The material of PE protective film has higher transmittance. As a material for LCD screen protective film, it has no visual barriers, impact resistance, good mechanical properties, and impact strength is 3-5 times better than other materials. It is resistant to oil stains, dilute acids, dilute alkalis, and other solvents.

PE protective film has good weather resistance, can withstand temperatures as low as minus 70 degrees Celsius and as high as 150 degrees Celsius, preventing water vapor penetration. It has excellent water vapor barrier function, strong protective performance, environmentally friendly material, non-toxic and pollution-free, and is a truly safe material.
