The processing techniques and characteristics of PE protective film include casting, extrusion, and blow molding. PE protective film can be applied to many processing techniques, and there are many ways to form PE protective film. Among them, casting, extrusion, and blow molding are the three most common processing techniques.
1. Casting method for film formation is a non stretch, non oriented flat extruded plastic film produced by rapid cooling of molten inlet water, without significant structural tendency.
2. Extrusion method for film formation, commonly known as single-sided stretching and double stretching methods. Among them, double stretching is a production and manufacturing method that has been of great concern in recent years. The basic concept of double stretching technology is that the polymer raw material is first melted and extruded into thick sheets by heating the extruder, and then stretched vertically and horizontally at a certain rate within a reasonable temperature range above the thermal expansion coefficient and below the melting point according to the stretching machine, so that the molecular structure chains are arranged in an orderly and trending manner at the horizontal level of the plastic film. Then, heat setting is carried out under tension to fix the trending large molecular formula, followed by cooling and subsequent film formation.
3. Blow molding method for film formation is usually produced by extrusion blow molding method. The raw materials are melted and extruded, resulting in tube material inflation and forming, followed by refrigeration, traction belt, unwinding, and blow molding of the film.
For the bonding of PE protective film, it is necessary to have the characteristics of silicon ion electrostatic adsorption. In addition, the bonding adhesive has strong adhesion and is not easy to detach, and it is definitely highly corrosive. If it is applied for too long in a LCD screen, it will easily corrode the screen surface and affect the image quality, which will definitely have a presentation effect.
In terms of the silicon ion electrostatic adhesive properties of PE protective film, it is also very gentle. When used on LCD screens, it has no adhesive marks and does not stick to the screen. In addition, it is heat-resistant and definitely has no corrosive effect. For its many characteristics such as adhesion and water-based combing, it can also meet the objective requirements of health and safety, and its operation is relatively simple.
For the electrostatic film of PE protective film, there are also many standards in terms of raw materials and packaging. As for its main components, it is necessary to combine them with polyester PET products. In that case, its optical grade transparency is very good, and it will definitely not have any impact on our visual perception. Secondly, regarding its external strength, it is definitely a high requirement.
